- [real estate/ risk of foreclosure] – Veteran cannot pay the property tax this year and is scared they will foreclose his house. Veteran is the co-owner of the property alongside his brother, however his brother refuses to pay it. He would like to avoid a foreclosure and remove his brother’s name off the deed.
- [code violation/ code enforcement] – The issue is relating to a code violation with the fence. Client received a $10k fine and is elderly and no email or way to communicate with City regarding her code violation.
- [probate/ real estate] – Client would like to sue sister for selling the home she resided in while she was in treatment court. The mother passed with 5 heirs and left a will devising real property to 5 heirs in tenancy in common. The will was probated. One sibling motioned to partition the property while client was in treatment court. Client looking to Vacate Partition order.
- [Unlawful detainer] – veteran looking to remove family members from property.
- [foreclosure]- Vet needs assistance on foreclosure since legal wife received the foreclosure notice in April and refuses to sell the house nor told client despite the house being under his name. He personally has not been served but is scared of a default.
- [immigration] – Vet needs assistance with citizenship.
- [immigration] – vet spouse needs assistance with citizenship.
- Veteran needs assistance to have his driver’s license reinstated.
- Veteran looking for assistance with expungement.
