The Section is supporting implementation and utilization by Section members, and all Florida lawyers, of a tremendously innovative, interactive website created by The Florida Bar Foundation. This platform can now link any Florida lawyer on a real-time basis to specific, available pro bono case opportunities which match the lawyer’s time constraints, professional capabilities, and passions. Best Practices for Pro Bono Policies. The Committee has created a Best Practices Guide for a Firm Pro Bono Policy (the “Best Practices Guide”). The Best Practices Guide is intended to encourage law firms to establish a written pro bono policy, and the Best Practices Guide is a helpful tool to be used by law firms in developing such a policy.
