Who We Are

The Antitrust and Trade Regulation Subcommittee of the Florida Bar Business Law Section is comprised of attorneys whose practices intersect with issues relating to antitrust law, trade regulation, competition issues and markets. The goals of the Subcommittee are to support antitrust and trade regulation practitioners, to increase awareness of antitrust and trade regulation issues, particularly those impacting the state of Florida, and to assist in the career development of antitrust and trade regulation lawyers in our state.

Upcoming Goals and Projects

  • Increase the membership of the subcommittee
  • Increase the number of board certified antitrust and trade regulation lawyers in the state of Florida
  • Assist board certification candidates in satisfying the requirements for certification
  • Circulate a monthly Antitrust and Trade Regulation Newsletter
  • Begin a quarterly CLE program
