Be a Mentor/Get a Mentor

The Business Law Section's Mentoring Program seeks to connect recently graduated law students and young lawyers with experienced attorneys within our membership to provide guidance on career and professional development and growth.

Mentor Goals

The mentor will strive to build a professional and personal relationship with the mentee and provide the mentee with advice, guidance, support and insight critical to a career in business law. The mentor will meet regularly with the mentee and provide substantive feedback and support on professional development and growth. The mentor should expose the mentee to all aspects of the profession, which includes introducing the mentee to the Business Law Section and the mentor’s peers and network.
