We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of longtime leader, former Chair, and stalwart supporter of the Section, the Hon. Michael Williamson, Bankruptcy Judge for the Middle District of Florida (Tampa). No words will adequately express how much Judge Williamson meant to the Bench, the Bar, and the Business Law Section. Our condolences go out to his wife Linda, family, friends and colleagues.
A Celebration of Life will take place on Sunday, November 20th at 1 p.m. at the Tampa Yacht and Country Club. In lieu of flowers, Judge Williamson’s wishes were that donations be made to Bay Area Legal Services.
