Spotlight on Excellence
This week, we celebrate a leader who redefines what it means to serve with passion and purpose. You’d think someone with this résumé was in the twilight of a long career—yet she’s just 29. Meet Jen Morando, a powerhouse of talent, vision, and
results.
From leading the Bankruptcy/UCC Committee, the Bankruptcy Judicial Liaison, and the Pro Bono Committee, Jen has been a force in every corner of our Section. And when it came time to chair the Labor Day Retreat—with a tightened budget and sky-high expectations—she didn’t flinch.
Instead, Jen did what she always does: delivered. She led with creativity, rolled up her sleeves, and produced a Retreat that was not only a smash hit—but came in under budget for the first time in recent memory (maybe ever!).
What makes Jen truly special isn’t just what she does—it’s how she does it. With
positivity. With focus. With that trademark energy and ever-present smile.
So today, we tip our hats to Jen Morando.
