What have you gained from your involvement with the Section?
I have been able to meet numerous attorneys who are members of the section and hear their concerns and problems. I have also gained knowledge from attending BLS Seminars and programs and obtaining BLS educational materials and case law updates.
Which Committees/Task Forces have you serve on within the Section?
I have been in the e-discovery group of folks and EDDEC. I have been able to speak on discovery and e-discovery issues, and to learn from other panelists and members about e-discovery and discovery issues.
What is your favorite memory from your term as Chair? Time as Judicial Chair?
I would have to say my attendance at various Florida Bar conventions and programs with this group. Also, being able to meet and learn from other judges.
What is something that will surprise our members to learn about you?
I love dogs. I train dogs. Pictured below is the very best dog in the world- Sunny Rose. It may be surprising to many that I was a Miami Police K9 officer before I became an attorney.
