Message from the Chair
Dear Business Law Section Members,
It is a tremendous honor to serve as Chair of the Business Law Section for the coming year. I am grateful for the opportunity to work alongside such a talented and dedicated group of lawyers, judges, and professionals who continually make this Section one of the most active and respected in The Florida Bar.
As we look ahead, I am excited about the opportunities before us. The practice of business law continues to evolve rapidly, from the emergence of artificial intelligence to the ever-changing needs of our clients and businesses. Our Section has an important role to play in providing practical education to our members, helping them navigate new challenges and embrace new opportunities.
Most importantly, I look forward to a year of connection. Connecting with new people and ideas, reconnecting with longtime friends and colleagues, and strengthening the relationships that make this Section such a valuable professional community.
The Labor Day Retreat is just around the corner, and I hope you’ll join us September 4–7 at The Ritz-Carlton, Naples, for what promises to be a memorable weekend of Southern hospitality, education, and camaraderie. It will be a wonderful opportunity to experience the spirit of connection that makes our Section so special. Stay tuned for registration details and additional information in the coming weeks.
