What a great Labor Day Retreat! Thanks to all of you who joined us for all the fun. Special thanks to Andy Layden and his Retreat Committee, and Michele Moss and her Sponsorship Committee, for ensuring the success of the entire weekend. Of course nothing runs without our Program Administrator extraordinaire Carly Hopkins.
Our next in person opportunity will be at the new Sunseeker Resort in Charlotte Harbor. We will meet January 28-29, 2026, and we are working in collaboration with the Real Property Probate & Trust Law (RPPTL) Section on a joint reception since that group will be meeting at the property as well. In the interim, please be sure to check out our upcoming CLEs, which include:

- Legislative Update Seminar via zoom on October 7th,

- the ever-popular View from the Bench in person programs November 6 in Tampa and November 7 in Miami.
