NOTICE OF JUNE 26, 2025 ANNUAL MEETING OF MEMBERS
Dear Member:
The Annual Meeting of Members of the Business Law Section of The Florida Bar (the “Section”) will be held on June 26, 2025 at 3:30 p.m. local time at The Boca Raton, 501 East Camino Real, Boca Raton, Florida 33432, Addison Ballroom East (or such other meeting room as may be identified in The Florida Bar’s Annual Meeting materials made available or posted on site), and also by Zoom (Access Link to be provided later) for the following purposes:
- To approve the election of the officers of the Section for the 2025-26 Year; the Report of the Nominating Committee of the Section setting forth the recommendations of the Nominating Committee for filling such officer positions to be provided below;
- To transact any other business that properly comes before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
