The greatest and most immediate economic challenge for Accounting & Advisory Firms is often referred to as “Talent Management,” which refers to attracting, developing, and retaining professionals. This is a complex problem, which involves changes in demographics, generational expectations, technology, and other factors.
What are the top 3 things that you would want the BLS membership to know about working with your firm? EisnerAmper combines the expertise across a wide range of industries of a large firm with the attention of local professionals with deep roots in Florida.
