4. What is your position/role in the firm?
I am an equity partner in the Business, Finance and Tax Section of the Firm. I serve clients in the areas of Corporate M&A, Structuring of LLCs/Limited Partnerships, Commercial Leading, Venture Capital Investments, Real Property Purchase and Sale, Corporate Restructuring and General Business Agreements. In addition, I lead the third party opinion committee for the Firm.
5. What do you see as the greatest economic challenge in your industry right now?
Our industry faces the ongoing challenge of integrating new technology and other best practices in the daily practice of law to efficiently and effectively service the legal needs of our clients while at the same time training our younger attorneys to be the best attorney that she or he may become.
6. What are the top 3 things that you would want the BLS membership to know about working with your firm?
Many of our attorneys have Big Law experience and we seek to bring the best of that experience to middle market transactions. Our attorneys and paralegals work collaboratively with each other throughout our four Florida offices to serve our clients. We welcome the opportunity to work collaboratively with other attorneys while respecting the boundaries of longstanding client relationships.
7. Is there anything else that you would like to add?
